Have mercy on yourself
Sometimes the pain does not come from outside but from your thoughts that judge you mercilessly.
That cruel voice inside you is not your consciousness but an old echo of words you once heard from a strict father, a stinging teacher, or an unforgettable disappointed look.
Remember that this voice is not the truth, but an old fear that looks whenever you are afraid of making mistakes
And being aware of him does not mean that you silence him by force, but that you treat him as a scared child: with understanding, limits, and kindness.
Treat yourself as you treat the one you love when he makes a mistake, so only you learn to be a refuge for yourself, not a judge of it.
@Ramzi4416 this is a great message 💖 your words ring true in my mind, and I hope to oneday not be so judgemental of myself🙂💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗 thankyou💖

Thank you for this important reminder that our thoughts can cause us much pain but that with self-compassion we can prevent getting hurt by ourselves.
