Healing Wounds
What is a wound from your past that still affects you today?
Many of us carry experiences, words, losses, or disappointments that continue to shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Sometimes these experiences show up in our relationships, our self-esteem, our fears, or the choices we make.
If you feel comfortable sharing:
💭 What experience still impacts you?
💭 How do you notice it showing up in your life today?
💭 What have you learned about yourself through that experience?

A wound I carry is lack of trust.
I don't open up easily
I don't share often.
If I tell someone anything about me, then it's a gift in itself 🩵

Being told I am a burden by the one person that I thought would never say that to me. I tend to put all my focus on the other person in any interaction to avoid the hurt of being accussed of being too needy ever again. Will never say the word bestfriend again. I will say close friend, good friend, but never bestfriend. That I can make it through hard things, the most important thoughts about me are my own. I do not need to twist myself into a pretzel to have people like me. I deserve and am worth taking up space.
One of my bad experiences has been ignored by my cousins ,in my 9 th standard I was sent to live with my aunt and her children really ignored me and i had mental health issues because of that experience.i learnt about myself is that i am a highly sensitive person.
