Learning to Love Myself
Hi everyone,
I’m on a journey of practicing more self-love and being kinder to myself.Sometimes I struggle with self-doubt and overthinking, but I’m trying to remind myself that I deserve care, respect, and happiness too.
I'dlove to hear from you — what little things do you do daily to show love to yourself? Maybe I can learn and try them as well.
I try and just give myself breaks and check in with myself and make sure I'm doing ok. Normally I burn myself out, trying to support others and cope with my daily responsibilities.
So I'm trying to step back and not get to a breaking point, lots of rest, treats, pampering and doing what I want to do, instead of spreading myself thinly and tiring myself out.
Keep working on yourself, it's admirable :)

I'm just here to give you some total backup and say you should totally love yourself.
You are the ONLY you to ever exist EVER. If someone doesn't find that incredibly cool(which means you're super cool) then they're just lame. So yeah...b don't be down on yourself. We love that you're here.
It wouldn't be the world without you. Or me! Isn't that just so damn awesome!
Thats such a beautiful message you wrote

I'm really sorry but I still haven't learnt how to love myself yet. But I really want to.
Don’t be sorry, you’re not alone in this. Learning to love yourself takes time, and it’s completely okay to still be figuring it out. The fact that you want to love yourself shows your heart is in the right place. Be patient and kind with yourself—you deserve love, especially from you. One small step every day is enough. You’re doing better than you think...🌸
Trying to be more self loving is a great thing...im on that path as well. Lately I try to see things in perspective when im feeling bad about myself. Even though I've done alot of wrong things in my life I feel like looking at myself with self hatred isn't the right thing to do.
We all make mistakes and we are all flawed. Being kind and forgiving to ourselves is supposed to also help us be compassionate and forgiving towards others.
