Clear mental clutter by journaling, setting a few realistic goals, and cutting back on screen time, especially at night. Try something new to spark joy, like a hobby, a different routine, or cooking fresh seasonal foods, and take time for emotional check-ins by asking yourself what you need, reconnecting with others, and allowing yourself to slow down and recharge. 🌷

I believe emotional check-ins, done by asking yourself what you need are very important to stay as healthy as possible.
