The best thing that happened for me this month was = realising importance of boundaries and that setting them is okay, we don't deserve the guilt we feel.
And idk why im even posting this rn.

The best thing that happened to me this month was using 7 Cups more because I've made more friends and felt less alone than I used to feel! Also thx a million for this thread! Helps remind me to stay positive >:D
