I'm doing pretty well, thank you for asking! I had another super productive day today so that always feels nice. How are you doing today?

@AshleyNFlewellenLPC Today's been a struggle. I feel overwhelmed lately and can't get the basics done. I'm extra overwhelmed by the expectations of others who matter but whom don't understand my limitations.

I'm trying to relax tonight and forget everything for now. Try again tomorrow. I suppose I'm trying to live the things in the image of the post. Every journey is different, one thing at a time, honour your feelings.
