Tough Day

I am continuing a fourth grievance against my boss for harassment and a hostile and unsafe working environment.

HR hasn't really taken it seriously so far, just asks me questions then when my boss says it's not true, concludes the investigations. It's really caused me a lot of pain to go through this.

Seems like I was able to word my complaints in a way that HR is taking seriously now, but I guess I felt like that the whole time. I know that I am not the first person to complain about my boss's behavior so it's really been challenging to recognize that the company must just believe that I am a less important human being.

She even admitted to some of it in mediation sessions, but nothing happened. So she just continues.. During the last mediation, she actually said she was going to continue doing exactly what she has been doing.

So, they've piled on work, increased scrutiny and seem to have no intention of making sure things get better and no one else receives this kind of treatment by her. Just hoping that I will break and go away.
