deeply depressed, no motivation to exercise...

my health is at risk, and i cant, basically dont care if i lose weight... most likely will end up dead because of it... because i am all alone in this, im sick of seeing other people with all kinds of support and i have NOTHING and NO ONE... maybe thats why i dont carem because NOBODY else does... right?
im not interested in surgery nor will i take any kind of drug to help me sleep... seems im living a lose/lose life and wont be around much longer
