hi guys im new to 7cups, where should i go for some relationship advice therapy like ACT. im assuming here since its the '7 cups online therapy forum' but just checking first. also, i have no money for therapy lol.. any insight would be greatly appreciated. late merry christmas all

Hey there, so therapy on here costs money. There is no therapy outside the therapist option. If you do not want to spend money, you are more than welcome to message a listener who has relationship in their topics. Keep in mind that listeners are not therapists and cannot provide therapy models or give out advice.
