Be gentle, we're all on our own paths
Healing isn't a ladder where you just keep climbing up. It's more like a winding path, sometimes with switchbacks, sometimes a few steps back before you find your footing again. There will be days when you feel amazing, like you've conquered mountains, and then there will be days when just getting out of bed feels like an impossible feat. This is perfectly normal. Mental health isn't linear, and that's okay.
What truly matters is that you're here, you're living, just remember that. You're showing up, even when it's hard. You're breathing, feeling, experiencing. That in itself is a monumental achievement on the non-linear path of life. Be kind to yourself on the dips, celebrate the climbs, and always hold onto the fact that your resilience is proven simply by being present.
I'm proud of all of you <3

Mental health isn't linear is one of the wisest things I've heard in some tme. Thanks for this!
It is easier to be kind to others, but it is very hard to be kind to myself.

Thank you for sharing! It's good to be reminded of being gentle to ourselves. When days are tough, it might be forgotten, so thanks again.
