Do you perform better when you’re competing or when you’re collaborating?
Hi everyone! Do you perform better competing or collaborating? Sometimes people find competing for good motivation for when they are performing. However, some people like to work with other people for their motivation. Which one is for you? Personally, for me, I work better collaborating with people because I love the support other people provide for to try my hardest. What about guys?

Ohh, love this question. I think I perform better when competing...I just get this adrenaline rush that inspires to work as hard as I possibly can and push myself beyond my limits. Is that sad or savvy?
Collaborating, competing only works for a specific objective or drone tasks.
@Desmynn6789 I used to be a competer in the business world. At 7cups I am more or a collaborator.
The older I get the more I see that relationships with people give a lasting feeling of fulfillment. Temporary conquests fade away and must be replaced with more conquests to keep that feeling. It is never enough to compete. We as beings are not made that way. It is a creation of the human mind.
This is very wise and important discussion topic to honestly reflect on, thank you for posting this!
The very first thing I do is completely eliminate the idea of competing and fully pour in whatever the task and goal is. The downside is that I tend to take off full speed on my own which may be conflicting in a collaboration. My leadership roles here have really helped me highlight and heal that
