Recovering from a three week fast
During the last three weeks of July, I particated in an annual three week time of prayer, mourning, reflecting and fasting as a part of my religion. Just like every year, it felt like another grueling eternity. Regardless, I kept reminding myself that this was temporary but telling myself each day how many days were left. I will also admit that I became impatient the longer the time went on. This was especially true when there were only a few hours later during the last day. However, the three weeks finally came to an end on Sunday evening after sundown.
Additionally, I had felt like I had been place back into our dimension while unknowingly been in another dimension for three weeks. It was also like I was able to go on with my life as if nothing had happened. On the other hand, a part of me still things that the three weeks are still going on and I have more days to countdown. Meanwhile, I still felt the need to keep restricting myself from doing certain things. So, I had to remind myself "Hey, it's ok, the fast and the three weeks are over you can relax now.""

You can relax now, you deserve it 💕💜
Take a much needed rest and spend some good time on self care 🥰

Thank you so much much for your support and I am feeling a lot better today. However, I realize that it's only been nearly 3 and a half days. As I said, my mind keeps telling me that I have a few more days. Still, I recognize that I don't have to restrict myself like I did the last three weeks. Still, it's not as bad as it was.
