Reflection
Good Morning from here to everyone in the Community 😊. I hope you all will have a wonderful day.
The year is coming to an end soon and a new year starts, filled with new opportunities. Let's have a look back at the current year, on the good events, even the smallest ones and the people who have supported us.
❤️ Can you describe one of the kindest people you have met this year whether in person or online? In what way did that person influence your thinking or made you aware of something you've not noticed before?
[redacted name] is definitely the kindest person I've met this year. I met him at the psych ward and he was just really inspiring in the capacity with which he could care about everyone. Like his goal was to be there for all the other patients as much as possible because he knew we were all going though stuff. And like, he definitely should've been focusing more on himself, but I did not miss the significance of how much a kind presence can have on everyone. Like if you just start every day radiating positivity and caring, without denying your own struggles, you can help people so much. I haven't managed to master that yet. And like, everyone KNOWS about the chain of kindness thing and stuff like that, it's a whole different thing to see it in action.

The person you describe seems to be a very passionate person, nice that you had him as support at your side when things were very rough for you. I hope you're feeling better now. ❤️. Seeing kindness in action is different than knowing, than talking about it - it can trigger others to join the path of kindness.
