Self-love
Self-love, a phrase that we hear all the time, but it can mean completely different things to everyone. For some, it's setting firm boundaries; for others, it's learning to forgive past mistakes or simply taking a break when feeling overwhelmed.
I’d love to hear from the community:
How do you personally define self-love?
What is one small way you practice self-love in your daily life?
Looking forward to reading your thoughts! 💛

Self love for me is acceptance.
Saying no if I need to
Setting boundaries.
Not feeling guilty for needing time for me.
Expecting respect from others.
Not being harsh with how I speak to myself 💛

I'm at loss for words... I do not know how to answer that... But, I do try to workout physically and mentally every day.

I think self love is choosing yourself to heal any wounds . Choosing to change to fix the traumas and for that it is giving yourself grace each day and letting the falsehood go away from you by doing things we love daily. Everyone has different hobbies to connect them to themselves.
Hence self love is more connecting with yourself in different ways.
