Why does bad stuff happen to the ones who do all the work
Why do good people get shit on and bad people get praises? Why do they do literally everything they tell you not to in training but then still get away with it. If I did the same thing I would be called out. I can not deal with the double standard.

Double standards are frustrating but sadly they exist everywhere. Something that can help is to ask the person applying the double standards to explain the rationale behind their behavior. I try to avoid clinging too much on my "rights" since it makes me feel even worse.
We rather be bad and be happy than be good and unhappy.
Sorry you have to experience that. Sadly it can happen anywhere. Even in a place where such behavior is never supposed to exist.
Maybe take some time to see and notice if there's anything else contribute to the circumstances that makes the difference in treatment makes sense.
But if you've done so and there's none. Maybe you should consider that you're in bad environment. Some people care more about superficial thing. And it allows some others to get away with bad behavior if they can make good excuses.
Self reflection is good. But you don't have to stay somewhere you're unable to bloom. Or maybe you can strive to gain a position in power. And be the one who correct the wrong.
