@windflowers how does one know if they have something like ptsd

That is a really good question and not one that will have the same answer for everyone. If you are struggling with how to handle a traumatic incident or incidents you have experienced, whether that is due to PTSD or not, you deserve support for that.

It is best to reach out to your own GP or another qualified medical practitioner who will be able to diagnose a mental health condition such as PTSD - you wont be able to find a diagnosis for that online here. You are welcome to share your thoughts and seek emotional support on 7cups if you wanted to.
