Just checking in
Haven't had much time to post in here due to shoulder injury and other things happening but wanted to check in and see how we are all doing in here especially during rough times in the world. Easing up around here. Hope you are all well <3
Things are really hectic with work at the moment for me, I have been having some very long shifts with late finishes, and seeing a higher frequency of more serious jobs! I have been managing okay though by taking some more time for self care and looking after myself by eating properly, sleeping when I can and going running on my days off.
I hope everyone else is getting by okay, we are around if anyone wants to share something or wants someone to talk to!

Pretty much same around here. Only atm I am dispatching it due to shoulder injury. Get to see if shoulder hold up for compressions on 1st though. Excited to start back on trucks. Missing the action horrible <3 Sleep and food is always good, along with LOTS of coffee xD
