3 words? Roller-coaster, struggle, positive

what is one hope or goal you are having for march?

I hope that I'll keep seeing progress and that the celtic revival thing will turn out to be awesome

I'm not sure what I was doing. Probably numbing myself with videogames every single day, just recovered from another ED relapse. I haven't had a relapse ever since and now I moved to live with my aunt, don't need to numb myself so much, I have things and projects I'm working on and I FEEL my anxiety much more, meaning that instead of having an instant freezing and numbness response, I first have a fight or flight one, which is real bad to go through, but it means my brain is starting to realize that faking death and passively hope to survive is not the only way out. We can take control of the situation, we can do something, we can fight or flee. And that's a good start.

Much love to everyone ❤️

1. February: glad it's over.

2. A goal I have is to finally recover. I'm tired of lingering in this quasi-recovery state. I'm tired of wanting to recover but also not wanting to. Sure, I may not know who I am without my ED, self harm, depression, anxiety... but I don't know who I am with those things either. My illnesses don't define me so why not get better? Just so I can have something to always keep me miserable? I used to think my ED and self harm was the proof that I was truly sick, this was before it took so much from me. I never needed to 'prove' that I was sick. My mother never believed I was truly depressed until I got diagnosed - then she claimed she knew all along. She tries to control my eating habits as well, tries to trigger me. She's no longer a major part of my life. I hope that with recovery comes long-term peace and acceptance that life will have drastic ups and downs. Acceptance of myself.

3. A year ago I was deep in my ED, trauma, and depression. I was lying to friends and cut them off. I quit my meds cold turkey so I had side effects like hallucinations. I was hyper-focused on school. I tried to hurt myself in more drastic ways, determined to be dead by the end of the month. Basically just self-destructing until the end of the month when I had this like... awakening. I suddenly wanted to better my life and made plans to see a new therapist in April. Since then I have cut out some of the people who made things worse and reconnected with those who I appreciate. I've taken up journaling, meditation, exercise. I've stayed with my therapist (I usually quit after a few months) and reached out to others with honesty about my problems. At the moment I feel blissfully numb and apathetic to everything. It's a huge relief. While it won't last, I hope that this time next year, I'm still numb to the negative things. I'm still trying to find a purpose in life and understand why I'm here. But I feel that's what March will bring.

I literally have no words for your parents. I think, instead of throwing attention and hate towards people who don't even deserve to affect any of us, it's best to focus on celebrating you, the one who's trying so hard to love and care for herself when no one taught her how, to be grown up and mature without a good grown up role model, to resist the hits of life AND the hits from those who should have protected and supported her and ultimately, to build herself up starting from nothing. They made statues to people for way less. I have no doubt that you will be successful ✨ You ARE a lot of things, we can see it from here, you just have to find out. We see your pain and we don't need you to look sick to understand. You have all our tears for your pain and for the injustices you had to go through. You don't need to be sick, you deserve to be strong and healthy, to find your purpose and your happiness in life and smash it! I know you have the skills, I can see it from here. You just have to find it out 😉💪

It was quick,intresting,fun

I'd like to go back to work, even if It's part time.

I was working long hours living with my ex and things just wern't good. I was a drunken mess.

Now I'm going on four months sober, taking care of myself, in a loving relationship. I'm much better then I was, Still have a long way to go but didn't relize how far I came. Thanks for reminding me!

@AveryLove Hi there friend! February- Growth & New Opportunities! One goal I have for march is to start doing my in home weight exercises again! I struggle really bad with motivation when it comes to exercising! A year ago I was stuck living in a place I hated. Right now I am living in a place I love and can't get enough of! Have a wonderful day heartheart
