It seems we have neglected the past few days to post a daily checkin for you guys, so apologies and here is today's! Well tomorrow is the launch of the Traumatic Experiences Sub Community where we finally see the rewards of months of work. We have a fun filled week for you and look forward to all our interactions in the next few days :)

How about y'all? How are you all doing? How has the weekend been for you all? I hope today turns out to be a good day for you all, and a better one than perhaps some of you had yesterday. I hope you have a great day today for you deserve that.

Healing from trauma, is tough work and so this space is for you to share whats happening in your world, how your healing process is doing, whats happening in your life, whether good, bad or inbetween. What positives have been happening for you lately, what achievements do you feel you have attained recently?
