Talked to my therapist's supervisor to request new therapist. She was condescending and clueless. I tried to explain I want empathy and emotional intelligence, but she didn't get it and talked down to me. It seems obvious to me. Some therapists just have book knowledge but they ignore the emotions, like I'm deeply lonely and just want someone to hold me and tell me they love me and therapists are sometimes just too stupid to understand that basic effing thing.

Totally agree with you. Maybe you can go to a differnt company to find a therapist.
