Hi Kate! First of all, don't worry, I'm not cupsing in class. I don't have school because of MLK day. I finished my exam week on Friday and was on self-care this weekend. It was pretty uneventful. Today I'll do some homework and then school starts again tomorrow and I have to remember all my senior wear. Seniors dress up when they become second-semester seniors, it's a big deal.

@Ayla its hard to find the words, I know I need to open up and talk about things but at the same time a lot of me is scared to do that. Its not something which comes naturally to me. Kinda just sitting here full of self hatred with tears running down my face. Feel like I deserve to be like this. Will most likely post this and then feel guilty for making anyone read my words and wish I hadnt posted. Im not sure how much of this will make sense to you

Hey Lime.
I think I can definitely relate to some of what youre saying. I very much understand that feeling of being filled with self hatred and thinking that this is what you deserve, that you deserve to be in pain and perhaps this is just how your life is supposed to be. Not true, of course, but its hard to fight those feelings. Just wanted you to know youre not all alone.
