Good morning everyone and happy Monday!

I like to begin by thanking everyone for welcoming me here. Since its Monday I usually have been posting light hearted check-ins to ease everyone into another week. No one needs to over think on Mondays. haha! but if there is any recommended topic or resource you'd like to see, feel free to give me a quick message!

How was your weekend? Is there anything you'd like to share?

What color describes your wellbeing today?

Do you have any challenges this week? How are you preparing yourself?

Thank you for checking in with me today. Have a lovely day everyone!

@Jackie hey hey! hope you are well.

How was your weekend? Is there anything you'd like to share?

i am not sick anymore gladly and was able to spend some time with my new friend here.

What color describes your wellbeing today?

i d say blue! i feel upbeat, motivated :)

Do you have any challenges this week? How are you preparing yourself?

well one challenge is definitely that my grandmother got transferred into hospital today and no one has told us yet what happened, my mother is of course really nervous. To help her i am making sure to clean the apartement and take some of her work, and also study well for my (another challenge!) arts exam on wednesday. if i do well on that, she will be very happy and i will too!

@dynamicHemlock1736

hello! Thank you for checkin in!

I find it really interesting that everyone has different emotions attached to every color. I think I sync feeling cold and lonely as color blue. But I am starting to see blue differently because of you. :-)

It's so dfficult when our family is sick. I've been there and couldn't have done anything remotely as productive as you. I am glad you're able to take on so many challenges all at ones! Just a friendly reminder though, take good care of yourself too. Put away some time for self-care and be kind to yourself. You're so worth it. :-) I hope your grandma is better soon.

How was your weekend? Is there anything you'd like to share?

My weekend has been pretty slow and uneventful. Not feeling quite like myself and struggling to find things I enjoy .

What color describes your wellbeing today?

green, feeling kinda nauseas

Do you have any challenges this week? How are you preparing yourself?

My challenges this week are waiting to go to the DR and here some potentially life changing news. Waiting is something I really struggle with especially with a huge thing. I'm trying to distract myself enough to make it through the week, sleeping a lot and watching movies

Hi and thank you checking in! There is no better way to pass time than to sleep. It's good for your body and who doesn't like sleeping? I sure do and I as well enjoy sleeping when I just need a good distraction. Though that's my go-to, I encourage you to try other things to distract yourself, but I can see how that might be difficult if you're physically ill. Time shall pass and I hope you hear some good news soon. Keep us posted!

@Jackie

Thank you. I'm trying to find other things but it's been especially hard to concentrate for some reason. Even when writing this i have already drifted to other thoughts several times. The one thing I like about feeling not so good is that I can actually sleep, other times I have so much trouble doing it so I am grateful for that

Hello, thank you for checking in. I've been there. When nothing matters... I am sorry you're having that kind of day. I hope you find some answers and little light somewhere in that hollow black. Feel better. You're so worth it. I mean it.

@SakoombaKero

Can I goto Mars with you? we can carpool!

I had a funky mood the other day and wanted to run away. Everything kept reminding me everything I wanted to avoid. But little time has passed and I am glad I am feeling just a tad bit better. I won't force you to have a happy day. But instead, I hope you have slightly better day soon. wink

@Jackie

My weekend was busy. My daughter starts her weekly visits with her dad on Fri. She doesn't want to go and I hate forcing her. She's twelve so its a tough age anyway. I miss her when she's gone.

@RedHawk6547

that's tough to do. My 10 year old daughter as well sees her dad once a week and she is not all that happy about it. I miss her dearly when she's not with me. But I know I am giving her a father that I never had.

I hope it gets easier for both of our girls.
