I have actually found a really awesome little picture and self-care exercise on the internet I would thought to share with you. Also, it can actually double as grounding as well. :)

Self-care does not always have to be something big, self-care can be just the little things, that 5 minute you free up for yourself at a busy day. I mean, I would like to invite you to try out this self-care activity. :)

I will definitely try it out, making some time for yourself, looking at some cute pictures, hugging - and feeling - my soft and fluffy teddy bear, just the smell of vanilla, maybe some good tea aaaand...there is just so much awesome music to pick and listen too for me anyway. :)

I mean, of course, you do not have to share your things here that you will do but I would really like you to go and try out this exercise. Of course, if you would like to share any - or all - points below I would always be happy to listen :)

Of course, as always, all of the above questions and points are optional. There is no pressure on you, if you would just like to say hi or sit around with us for a bit you are always welcome as well. We are alyway happy to have you here with us no matter what. :)
