I just want you to know that you are an amazing and strong person. I know that it can be really tough to see yourself as such sometimes but you are doing such an amazing job. :)

I know that some days can be really tough and I know that it is easy to be really hard on ourselves but I really just want you to know that I am proud of you. Each and every day we do all face so many silent battles, battles that no one really sees or understand but we decide to go into these days regardless and win those battles.

I mean, you are doing a really good job, you are here with us now. Reaching out for help by itself is really, really scary and just facing problems like this is tough but you are just so very strong and awesome that you are still here. :)

You all are really inspirational to me and I just want you to know that you are amazing, valid, loved, and deserving that love support and care. :)

On the topic of that, I would like to invite you to share as with some of your recent silent battles you have won. No matter how small that little victory might have been, I am proud of you. :)
