Hello lovely trauma family,
Often life's not all what it seems and appears to be all doom and gloom after too many broken dreams.
I have been kinda stuck there for a while but I realize I can chose to change what I look at. There is still so much beauty out there that is worth our focus and attention.
I remember watching a documentary once about the fjords in Norway and I was so in awe. Somewhere on the top my bucket list is to go there and just be.
What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen?

Hi! That picture looks very surreal.
I've been very unproductive. Even the hurtful thoughts have stopped punishing me because they know other people will punish me for not doing anything for so long. I'm still having trouble.
Bear is here though.
That picture reminds me of a fjord with a rainbow over it. It was quite surreal. Mother nature sure is beautiful. I want to see beauty again.

That rainbow over the fjords must have been breathtaking! I live in the Netherlands. We don't have any mountains or hills whatsoever. It is all flat. To me mountains have something magical and majestic about them.

It was truly breathtaking ^^ The trip was a happy memory. Hopefully the weather is great in the Netherlands at the moment. I saw in the news that there were strong winds a while back. 
Is it magical because of the unknown and hidden creatures that reside there? I'm thinking about Avatar now and the majestic creatures in the film...

I need to be cuddled like in my dream, but unless it's a stuffed bear I don't think I'll be fine with that.

Thanks Mas! Love your picture..I always feel at home in rugged hill country with deep water. Think it comes from my Scottish heritage.. in Caithness where my grandparents grew up.
But something beautiful that comes to mind is being on the sea, and watching the sun rise over the water. Only the sea right to the horizon, and then slowly this golden globe of light appearing, growing larger and spreading its glow across the water. A magical moment. x

I love sea too. I could sail along the coast of Norway and enjoy the best of both worlds.
Have you ever been to Scotland? Nature sure is beautiful. And so diverse. I love it!

I can just see you saling along the coast of Norway.. can I join you? Then its so close to Scotland, a short flight will bring me to my homeland. Something that's on my bucket list. x

@nolongerafraid mot beautiful place ive seen the lake district in great Britain it has that awe feelings its surrounded by mountains the scenery is just beautiful breathtaking from 2500 ft as ive climbed one of the mountains

That sounds awesome too. When I was in England we went for walks in the woods there. I think they were hills, not mountains but it is something else to climb up. I am impressed! Since we don't have hills or mountains here, I am not used to anything. lol
@CaringBrit I agree with you on that one. I live there so have it all on my doorstep. Spend a lot of time just wandering, taking in the views and just escaping.

I am a born Jew. I have not been brought up Jewish but I do feel a connection to the land. I don't know it is also emotional I think and I am not ready for that yet. But I would love to go there when I am.
