I just feel extrimly anxious, I ignore feeling of my pet being in subcosios and near... I try focus on reality and stay grounded.

Hello.
Right now I am alternating between feeling really anxious and completely overwhelmed and feeling empowered and strong and like Im ready to start leading the kind of life that I want to, regardless of what anyone may or may not have said or done to me in the past.
Its a lot sometimes. Also, glad youre back.
