Flashback nightmares
Hello. I’m new to this group. I’m Wendy and I live in Massachusetts with my husband and my dog, Brownie.
I’ve been having flashback nightmares every time I sleep. They stay with me upon waking for hours or more. It’s like the abuse is happening all over again.
Does anyone else experience this? Anything helps?
