I'm really sorry he did this to you and understand how shocked you are right now. I'm really happy you came here to seek support and hope you've reached out to other people as well and have been able to distance yourself from him and not contact him. Of course I can't tell you what to do but I really do care about your health and safety. As the person above me mentioned, please don't hesitate to call a hotline or go to a shelter. I'm sure a lot of other things have happened before this and that there are plenty of people out there who are wiling and able to help. You are not alone and you're right in feeling the way you do.
