I have just broken up from a relationship I gave everything too and was bullied in. I've lost my self esteem and am in deep crisis with mental and physical health. I believe in some way I've done something to deserve being so mistreated and that I won't ever be able to be happy because life has been so cruel. I believe I'm cursed. Other people even point out my bad luck

@anonyTiger1197 I'm sorry to hear that you have suffered such hardship.
You deserve to be completely and enormously happy. Recovery is a journey and, though it isnt always easy, you are never as alone as you feel. You have a compassionate community here on 7Cups.
