I have an entire family worth of abusers. My mother would constantly as me why do you hold a grudge towards the family
I was molested by my sisters boyfriend (shes not even willing to marry but had a child with him) and I have told my whole family. They know the situation and how I feel towards it. Yet this man is greeted with such happiness in the home Im living in by my parents. He only lives the the apartment above me. Its so close to me that I see the man everyday.
There was one point that my mother asked me personal questions concerning my partner and I. If we were sexually active. I was in distress at the time and out of wanting help I said yes. She called me an easy slut. Those words hurt me. Now I just dont want to speak to her. I dont tell her anything.
My father doesnt seem to get involved. Hes just there. I dont understand why didnt it occur to protect his little girl.
I am currently being verbally abused every day by my father. He also verbally abuses my mother and has physically abused her before. She refuses to leave him. His abuse has caused my depression and anxiety and self harm. I cant wait until I Am old enough to leave.

@SulkyGiraffe I'm sorry to read this. I've been abused physically & verbally by my father. My mom never stood up for me. It's very painful. I pray for you & hope that you soon are able to leave that violent place.
