Being raped and traumatized had set my world to a hault. Everything became distorted and black. All of the sudden everyone looked harmful and scary. Nothing was safe and everything was wrong. My world was out of control.
I was at the point of complete hopelessness when I found this app. Thank God for it. I finally feel like someone else understands. I'm not alone! All of those voices in my head are so familiar with trauma and pain. It's not me. It's not real. I have a long road to go until I feel normal again, but this is helping me move to the right direction. ♡
