After being groomed at 13 I'm now 22 and only just got out of it. We have 2 year old daughter, I'm fighting him through court to make sure he can never hurt her. I know exactly what your through I went through the same things but a bit different myself it took me awhile but I have became strong stood up for myself and fighting to make sure my ex doesn't hurt my child over time and patients and with the right support it dose heal I accepted that it happened I learnt to move on from it I will never forget or forgive I just learnt to move on it dose hurt at times I was rapped strangled besthen torched by inappropriate things my ribs both side damaged the nerves and tendons dying same with my wrist nerves tendons dying you need to think about your child stay strong for them they need you and you need them your a fantastic person never doubt that keep strong stand up for yourself you got this x all the best and good luck
