Does anyone have any advice or tips on telling your aquaintances and/or friends the story of what happened to you? I need to tell others because my abuser is very dangerous and we live in a small town, I'm going to warn others about him and tell people the truth.

As you mentioned living in a small Town... be aware what you say may get back to this Person. If they are dangerous- I'd proceed with caution

Unfortunately, i am not an expert to advice you but however i do suggest if your abuser is dangerous it's best to report him to the right authorities. As you said it's a small town thus you do need to protect yourself from your abuser if words do get back to him.. Please be careful..
