Currently I've been distancing myself from people more than I want to. Why, you ask? Simple, I have an intense fear of being touched. This whole phobia started at around age 6, when I started getting physically 4bused by my older sibling. It still happens, of course, but it's died down a bit. They've basically abused me s3xually(kinda), emotionally, mentally, and physically. I really hate my family, but I guess I have to live with the sh1tshow. 😃👍

@4UBR3Y It's completely understandable that you would develop a fear of being touched as a result of the abuse you endured. Consider seeking support from trusted friends, relatives, or professionals who can provide guidance and assistance. Additionally, therapy or counseling can be incredibly beneficial in helping you heal from the trauma you've experienced and manage your fear of being touched. A trained therapist can provide a safe and supportive environment where you can work through your emotions and develop coping strategies.
