I am strong because I have battled mental illness for many years and I am still here despite it all.
I am strong because I continue to try my hardest even when life knocks me down.
I am strong because I can smile and forget my problems and just live in the moment.
I'm strong because I choose to be here in life.
I'm strong because I'm alive
I am strong because I don't give up on people
I endure a lot of emotions...its the negative thoughts and beliefs that are harmful, not the emotions themselves
