I am strong because strong was the only choice I had if I wanted to survive. Every day I wake up, commit to recovery and say I will not surrender I am growing stronger still.

I am strong because I survived all that all of you did to me for all those years, so many of you yes,, but, that is ok, because I am so much stronger than any of you ever realized. I am still here. You all may not still be here. I am loved by God and I love God back. I am here to live my life right, not by any of your standards. I will keep surviving.
