Post a word that starts with the letter of the alphabet that comes after the first letter of the last posted word. The theme is things that foster your sense of mental healthiness and well-being.

For example:

Me: Authenticity
Next user: Beauty
Another user: Coping
...And so on.

Try to keep the focus on positive, mentally healthy things. You could post a word that relates to things that bring you comfort; strengths you have, want to develop, or appreciate in others; things that make you happy, laugh, or smile. Remember, this is for fun!

Rules:
Please post your word on its own, not as a reply to another person's post, to keep it easy to read.
Please don't post consecutively, one after another. Give others a chance to join in.
In the spirit of having fun, please avoid words associated with common triggers.
Bold or underline the first letter of the word you post, to highlight for others what letter their word will start with next.
When we reach Z, the next post goes back to a word starting with A.

Have fun! cheeky

Quiet - That part of the mind that's behind all the *noise* of thoughts firing off constantly; where you can feel less overwhelmed and less like you have to react to every thought that enters the mind.
