I just finishd talking to a listener, and somehow my creativity was sparkled in the middle of the chat. And this came out of the blue. I know it doesn't tell much. It's more of a feeling. The feeling of the relatioship between my mother and me growing up.

She smiles, she cries.
feelings of flaccid flesh,
warm miost, putrid blood
and worms,
caressing my skin,
she smiles, she cries.
Look what youve done to me.
Mom I say.
She grins, she grips
my flesh
you wont get away.
I cant breathe.
Shes wrapping around
all that I have.
Ill die.
All that I never had.
All of me I never had.
So shall it be.
I'm dying.
I died.

There's a lot of pain in this. And grief. That's good that you can get your feelings out in this poem. That's very healing to get it out. I can understand this!!!! I know where you coming from!!!!

Thanks. I wrote this in a state of confusion, probably an emotional flashback, where I was very connected to the feelings of my trauma(s). It's triggering and it hurts now to read back the poem. I'm scared of it. It was a relief in that moment, but now I fear what I was feeling in that moment. I fear the poem will bring it back.

Thanks for the understanding, but I'm also sorry that you know what it means.

Yes I can understand that. That you fear that it will bring back the memories. And bring back the flashbacks . Remember that you are safe. I'm here for you.
