Is there anyone that can sorta help/ give me an explanation on how to... I'm not sure how to put this. But I have DID and I was wondering if there was anyone at all that can give me tips on how to go about my life. My DID started after a trauma in 2016. I felt like I needed protection so that's where my alters had come in. I haven't been getting much help/ many solutions because of the bots on here. Can someone plz help?
