I’ve had OSDD 1-B for several years now but had DID since I was a kid. My system is integrated and cooperative, starting therapy again soon. Just thought it would be good to let people know there’s always a way forward. Sometimes you have to fall pretty far to find your way back up. Also I’ll add that it somehow feels even stranger the more normal things get.
