@Kioxo

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with your identity and experiences related to OSDD1b. It can be a challenging and confusing journey to come to terms with being a system and experiencing different identities within yourself. It's not uncommon to feel in denial or question the authenticity of your experiences.

It's important to remember that you're not alone in this process. Seeking professional help from a therapist who specializes in dissociative disorders can provide valuable guidance and support. They can assist you in understanding and accepting your experiences, as well as help you develop coping strategies and techniques to work together as a system.

It's understandable that you may feel discouraged or that your efforts are going unnoticed, but healing and integration take time. Be patient with yourself and acknowledge the progress you've already made. It's a gradual process, and every step you take towards working together as a system is significant.

Remember to be gentle with yourself and practice self-care. You are on a unique journey, and your experiences are valid. Keep reaching out for support, both from professionals and from others who may have similar experiences. With time, understanding, and support, it's possible to find greater harmony within your system.

@Kioxo You're welcome. It's understandable to have those thoughts and feelings, but it's important to remember that you didn't choose to have these symptoms. Mental health challenges are not your fault, and it's important to be kind to yourself and seek support. You deserve understanding and compassion.
