Reactive Abuse
I have D.I.D, and I have had many occasions/ situations where people that I once held to me knew this and would poke at me. An I would switch out with another personality (identity) afterwards I wouldn't remember much but being tired and heavily zoned out. Should I feel guilty/shame for only reacting to being poked for so long?

I'm sorry to hear that you've had to go through such experiences with your DID. It's understandable to feel guilty or ashamed for reacting the way you did, but please remember that your reactions were not intentional or within your control. Your alters were triggered by the poking, and that is a natural response for individuals with DID. It's important to recognize that you did not cause this condition, and that you deserve compassion and understanding. It might be helpful to seek out therapy or support groups to help you navigate these difficult situations and learn coping mechanisms for the future.
