This happen for years now, every single time I heard music or stay in a party, classroom .The noises it always give me a feeling that like hard to breathe, my heartbeat increase, dizzy, sometimes I broke down crying and most of the time I having a headache.

After learning about what is trauma it explained some part of my experiences. But still, i can't believe that it true, maybe it my concern and mainly i can't recall entirely my childhood memories

@PiNao It sounds like you've been experiencing some really challenging reactions to certain noises and environments, which can be incredibly overwhelming and distressing. 😔 It's understandable that learning about trauma might offer some insight into what you're going through, but it's also normal to feel hesitant or unsure about accepting it as true. 🤔💔 Dealing with childhood memories and trying to understand your experiences can be a complex and difficult process. It's okay to take your time and seek support from others if you need it. Remember, you're not alone in this journey. ❤️🌟
