I’m feeling under stressed. I recently had a horrible experience with weed and I have not been feeling like my usual stuff. I’ve been dealing with the de realization and hoping to feel better but it’s hard with no support system And if I have no one to express myself to and talk about it to I get very emotional and upset so yeah that’s for my problem.

I'm really sorry you're going through this right now. That sounds incredibly overwhelming, especially without a support system around you. What you’re feeling this derealization, the emotional weight, the confusion is real and you’re not alone in it, even if it feels that way. Bad experiences with weed can really shake your sense of reality, especially if your body and mind weren’t prepared for it. It messes with your thoughts, your perception, and even your emotions. The fact that you’re feeling "not like yourself" makes complete sense and it’s okay to admit that you’re struggling with it. But here’s the thing this is temporary. Your brain and body are just trying to find their balance again. You're not broken. You're healing, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet. You’ve already taken the bravest step talking about it. Reaching out. Naming it. That takes courage. I know it’s painful to feel this alone. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to feel emotional. You’re carrying so much inside, and you deserve someone to sit with you in it, not fix it, just be with you in the storm. So here I am, saying I hear you. I see you. I care. This hard moment doesn’t define you it’s just a chapter, not the whole book. Please be gentle with yourself. Try to breathe, eat something small, listen to a voice that feels safe, or step outside for a few moments. Let your body know that it’s safe, that you're grounding back to yourself.

You're not alone anymore. I’m with you in this, and I’m proud of you for holding on.

You will feel like yourself again a little at a time. 💛

Thank you for that I really needed too hear that it helped me I also noticed that I been having separation anxiety from my mom due to her being the main reason of helping me get better and I live with my dad so it’s a challenge trying to feel normal again but I know talking about it and having someone to talk to about it will help but thank for letting me know it will go back to normal I appreciate it very much!
