Feeling like an outsider TW: CSA
I’ve been having this constant and nagging feeling of being an outsider due to the recurring effects of my CSA (from my bio-father). I don’t intend to feel pity for myself, but it’s an annoyance I can’t ever seem to get rid of. Should I just keep living with this heavy feeling and deal with the constant ups and downs?
Most of the time I feel like I just complain too much, even if this is the first time I’ve said it anywhere. (I complain to ChatGPT, lol)
@idealbiodegradable it's understandable that this would have lasting effects on you this kind of thing Is often overlooked or told it taboo so don't worry you're not complaining too much you having an issue isn't burdening others at all your feelings are valid you've been through a horrible thing and it is bound to show its rear on the flip side I'm sorry that you feel that way and I really hope you are able to get therapy or something like that to helo you I'm here to talk if you want to though stay strong ♥️
@idealbiodegradable hi, I'm new to this so forgive me if I don't do it right. But I hear what you're saying. (Not making this about me, not trying to) I was groomed when I was 9 by a 30 yr old male teacher at my school. It caused a ton of issues, and I constantly feel like an outsider as well. Like I'm the only one who has ever walked through it, as if no one else understands me. And like I'm crazy or everything else that comes with this crap. I'm sorry you're experiencing it too. You shouldn't just "deal with it." You deserve to feel whole again. We all do. Do you have a therapist? I just got one and it's helping.. I hope you do or at least consider it. You're not alone. 💗
