Functional freeze
I feel like I need to go off the grid to find myself again. Calls from especially family makes me wish I could just get rid of my phones and disappear, start a new life else where, new identity and all.

Hi, I did go off the grid as far as my entire family goes. It's just what I needed and with counseling I am doing so much better! I hope you can find ways to limit your family exposure. Even if you have to find a serious hobby that gets you out away from the problems and then just don't answer your phone, and start texting short texts and then back off and claim your space in the world! If you have bad people, find new people
