Going thru multiple life changing traumas at once
I am currently going thru 3 different life changing/affecting traumatic situations , all at once. I feel ... Alone. Scared. Hurt. Worried. Afraid. Mad. Betrayed, Lost. Confused. Upset. Unsure. - just to make a few. Having a hard time coping.
