High school trauma

Hi, I'm Angelica, 20 years old, imtin college rn, but my high school trauma is still hunting me, I don't know I can ever heal that kind of trauma, I was fat on high school and got bullied for have discoloration, and the worst is that the person who bullied me on high school is we're in the same school, whenever I see them, the painful memories from past makes me wanna cry.
