How to cope with losing a loved one
How do I cope with the fact that I'm about to lose a loved one, when they have been there with me my whole life.
Everyone in the family have given up their hopes, it sucks so much, I really want him to make it out fine and healthy.
I have been crying for days. I don't wanna lose him 💔
@interstellarbangtan I'm sorry you're going through this. I know it's not easy. Saying goodbye under these conditions is incredibly hard 😞 I don't know that there really is a way to cope. You just take one day at a time. Grieve - cry - allow yourself that release. Talk to him. Even if he's not conscious - I was told that they can still hear things even if they can't acknowledge or say anything back. Say the things you want to say - the things you need to say. Hold his hand and let him know how much you love him and how much you'll miss him. Tell him all the things you want him to know. It hurts. I know it does and it will hurt for a while I'm afraid 😞
