@dapperApple3405 It's ok to share details as long as they're not too graphic. It's always best to add a TW (trigger warning) so that other know that it may contain things that might be upsetting or triggering.
Of course you're also welcome to contact a listener if that would be more comfortable for you as @Amanda84 suggested
